Nursery

Loving nursery care is provided for our little ones in a newly remodeled nursery on the main level near the sanctuary. The nursery is available for children, infants to age 3 during worship. Ages 3 years and older are welcomed into "Children in Worship" (see below).

Children in Worship

Children 3 years and older are invited to join in this time of Children in Worship. This is a nationally recognized curriculum which teaches children to sing, pray, worship and praise God through story and play. Every Sunday following Children’s Time, the children will join adult leaders to enter into their own special worship place and return during the closing hymn. On communion Sundays, the children will return to the sanctuary in time to participate with their families.

United Methodist Summer Camp

Our camping ministry is part of our broader ministry of making disciples for Jesus Christ as we pursue our vision of "Each Alive in Christ, All Connected in Mission." 

The West Michigan Conference of the United Methodist Church offers camping opportunities through the Board of Christian Camping. Each summer approximately 300 volunteers work together to staff camping experiences for more than 2,000 children, youth and adults. In addition, hundreds of people enjoy our facilities during family camps and weekend retreats.Camp directors develop camps and secure deans for each camping experience. Camp directors and deans recruit volunteer counselors who care for our campers and their programs during the week.
